About us
We are in Stameriena, a quiet forest area, on the coast of Lake Ludza. If You want to celebrate an anniversary or wedding, hold a conference, sports games or other events, or simply spend Your time in a beautiful place near nature, get positive feelings and eat well, You are welcome to visit us!
Accommodation
The lounge complex “Vonadzini” includes 4 guest houses, built from a tree with ecological reed roofs that particularly fit into the local landscape. In 32 light rooms, where up to 60 people can be housed, there is a classic interior in warm color, and the rooms include a private bathroom. We also offer guests a bath rental in the rooms, and a sauna, bubble hot tub or pool, according to guests’ wishes. Everyone has access to a free wireless internet connection and a 24/7 reception.
Restaurant
The main guest house has a restaurant in which we offer to enjoy Latvian kitchen dishes. In the morning guests are offered breakfast with a wide selection from the menu. You can also rent a restaurant for organizing events by ordering covered tables and appropriate design.
Natural activities
In summer garden events and sports games can be organised in the area for up to 2,000 people (including tent sites). For guests we offer grill equipment, boat and catamaran rentals. The Lake Ludza, which has a recreational complex on its shore, is rich in fish and bird species, thus an interesting destination for fishing fans and bird-watchers. When driving a boat, it’s interesting to watch both islands and the bustle of birds on them.
You can apply for horse riding in the neighbourhood all year long, and in winter we recommend to enjoy active rest with cross-country skiing.
Our place is far from the crowds of the city, giving you the opportunity to work creatively and to make a full rest. We wish to see you soon!

In the surrounding area of the “Vonadzini” recreation complex, 3 km away, there is the possibility of travelling with regularly heating narrow-track train, the only one in the Baltic States, which has been recognised as a cultural monument of national importance. Read more: https://banitis.lv/
